摘要
用CB-HRP法对雄性大鼠的生殖股神经的起源进行追踪.发现同侧腰1、2脊髓节段前角内侧有CB-HRP逆行标记细胞,均为大多角形细胞,胞体内充满粗大的棕色颗粒;对20具成人男性尸体进行了显微解剖,生殖股神经起自腰1、2脊神经前支,并发3~4支肌支支配腰大肌.本干穿腰大肌至表面后分股支、生殖支.生殖支行于输精管精索部于输精管之外方.选用成年雄性家兔局麻后分离生殖股神经,剪断前用电刺激一侧生殖股神经生殖支.可看到同侧提睾肌收缩,并引出波幅为0.8~1.5mv肌电波,同时也可看到同侧腰大肌收缩,并引导出波幅为0.4~0.6mv肌电波.在输精管精索部剪断生殖支,剪断后刺激离中端也可看到提睾肌收缩并引导出肌电波,刺激向中端提睾肌不收缩引不出肌电波.研究结果:生殖股神经支配提睾肌,并通过神经反射影响腰大肌的功能.在输精管结扎时,切勿损伤生殖支,以免引起牵涉性腰痛等后遗症.
The origin of genitofemoral nerves in male rats was investigated by means of HRP retrograde tracing method. The CB-HRP labeled cells, which were mostly large multiangular cells full of gross brown grain, were found in the medial anterior horn of of the lumbar cord at the first and second segments. The genitofemoral nerves were separated under local anaesthesia in male adult rabbits. The genital branches were stimulated electrically.When the genitalbranches in the spermatic pan of ductus deferens were cut off, the Cremaster muscle contraction were noticed, and when the nerves of of distal end electrically stimulated, electromyogram was obtained. In contrast, the Cremaster muscle contraction was not noted and electromyogram was not obtained, if the nerves of the median end were stimulated. The results suggest that when vasoligation is being perfomed, at tention must be paid to not injuring the genital branches to avoid such sequelae as regional pain and lumbago.
