摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶逆行标记技术研究了大鼠坐骨神经外膜缝合、束膜缝合、神经移植后9周脊髓运动神经元树突的形态.结果表明:周围神经修复后树突形态得到恢复,但未达到正常水平.与躯体定位关系异常神经元相比,躯体定位关系恢复神经元树突更早地接近于正常树突形态.与外膜缝合、神经移植相比,束膜缝合后树突形态更接近于正常.神经移植后与外膜缝合后的树突形态恢复程度相近.
Nine weeks after epineurial suture, perineurial suture and nerve grafting of rat sciatic nerve, horseradish peroxidase was used to label the dendrites of the peroneal motoneuron. The results indicate that the morphology of the dendrites can be restored, but not to their normal morphology. The morphology of the dendrites of the somatotopy-restorative motoneuron can be restored more approximately to the normal morphology than that of the somatotopy-abnormal motoneuron. The dendritic morphology approximates to normal after perineurial suture more readily than after epineurial suture and nerve grafting, but the dendritic morphology after nerve grafting is similiar to the dendritic morphology after epineurial suture.
