摘要
目的分析肾切除的原因,探讨尽可能避免肾切除的对策。方法回顾分析过去11年我院施行肾切除145例。结果肾、输尿管结石并无功能54例,肾结核38例,肾、输尿管及其他部位肿瘤35例,肾损伤7例,畸形7例,肾血管性疾病3例,非特异性输尿管炎1例。结论早期诊断,合理治疗可最大限度地避免肾切除。
Objective The causes of and the strategy to avoid nephrectomy were reviewed. Methods One hundred and forty- five nephrectomies performed during the past 11 years were reviewed retrospectively. Results The reasons for nephrectomy were： urinary tract calculus with complete lost function in 54 cases; renal tuberculosis in 38 cases; kidney or ureter neoplasm in 35 cases; kidney trauma in ？ cases; urinary system abnormality in ？ cases; renal vascular disease in .3 cases; and non - specific ureteritis in 1 case. Conclusion Early detection, correct diagnosis and rational medical treatment can reduce nephrectemy.
