康欣胶囊简化补肾方对雄性SD大鼠抗氧化功能和生长激素的影响

Effect of Reducing Kangxin Capsule on Antioxidation and the Level of GH in the Senile Male SD Rats

为研究康欣胶囊简化补肾方对大龄雄性SD大鼠抗氧化功能和生长激素的影响,采用雄性SD大鼠随机分组,分别给予灌服康欣胶囊和康欣胶囊简化补肾方,检测血浆SOD、GSH-PX酶活力,用ELISA法检测SD大鼠血浆的GH水平,结果:康欣胶囊简化补肾方给药可提高大龄雄性SD大鼠血浆SOD活力、GSH-PX活力和GH水平(P<0.05),还可提高年轻SD大鼠SOD和GSH-PX活力(P<0.05),说明康欣胶囊简化补肾方可提高大龄雄性SD大鼠抗氧化功能和生长激素水平。

Objective： To observe the effect of reducing kangxin capsule on antioxidation and the level of growth hormone （GH） in senile male SD rats. Methods： The male SD rats were divided randomly into two groups, and treated with kangxin capsule and reducing kangxin capsule respectively. Results： The reducing kangxi n capsule could significantly increase the activity of SOD, GSH-PX and the level of GH in plasma of the senile male SD rats （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The reducing kangxin capsule could effectively enhance antioxidation and the level of GH in senile male SD rats.
