交锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管状骨折89例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 89 Cases of Tubular Bone Fracture of Limb Treated with Intramedullary Interlocking Nails

为探讨交锁髓内钉内固定在四肢骨折中的应用效果,选择应用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨、胫腓骨、肱骨骨折89例,结果70例骨折完全愈合并已取出内固定,14例已经有明显骨痴生长,4例发生骨延迟愈合,平均1年2个月的随访,无严重手术并发症。说明交锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢骨折有防止缩短和旋转、固定牢固、愈合率高、并发症少的优点,是骨不连、骨肿瘤合并长管状骨的病理骨折的首选方法。

To explore the curative effect of tubular bone fracture of limb treated with intramedullary interlocking nails, 89 cases including femoral fracture, tibiofibula fracture and humerus fracture were treated with intramedullary interlocking nails. The result displayed that 70 cases showed fracture healing and were took out internal fixation, 14 cases showed obvious bone growth, and 4 cases showed late healed. All cases had not appeared severe surgical syndrome after average 14 months follow-up. This treatment has advantages of preventing shortness and eddy of limb, reliable fixation, high fracture healing rate, and little complication. It is a principal treatment for nonunion and pathological fracture of tubular bone of limb with tumor.
