小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病后侧入路的研究

Study of the Posterior Approach with Knife-Needle for Treatment of Nerve Type Cervical Spondylosis

为探讨小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的手术入路和安全性,对20具成年尸体,用人体测量仪测量后正中线旁开15mm,小针刀水平进入到椎间关节囊后壁的距离(AB),进针点到颈前缘的水平距离(AC),求Y=AB/AC,解剖测量椎间关节囊内侧缘间距、外侧缘间距,测量数据说明小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病是安全有效的。

To explore the anatomical mechanism and safety with knife-needle for treatment of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Using 20 adult corpses, the distance （AB） between the needing point that knife-needle aclinicly entered and the posterior wall of intervertebral joint capsule, the horizontal distance （AC） between the needing point and cervical anterior border were measured with anthropometer far from 15mm to the posterior midline, then Y = AB/AC was calculated. The distances of the intervertebral joint capsule＇s medial border and lateral border were measured also. Results： AB was 36.25-40.35, AC was 93.16-104.70, Y = 0. 383 -0. 397. The medial distance of the intervertebral joint capsule： C3-4 was 25.12, CA-5 was 23.86, C5-6 was 20.92, C6-7 was 20.74, the lateral distance： C3-4 was 48.35 , 04-5 was 48.77, C5-6 was 49：91, CA-7 was 50.78. Conclusion： The treatment of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis with knife-needle is safe and effective.
