摘要
实验用HRP逆行追踪法和免疫细胞化学ABC法,研究了大鼠中缝背核内5-羟色胺、P物质以及亮脑啡肽三种传入纤维的脑干起源。发现中央上核,中缝大核,中脑导水管周围灰质,脚间核和第Ⅳ脑室中央灰质均有数量不等的5-羟色胺、P物质和亮脑啡肽能神经元向中缝背核投射。结果提示:中缝背核接受脑干许多核团不同性质神经元的调控。
The origins of three neurotransmitter fibers projecting to nucleus raphe dorsalis from the brain stem were studied by the immmunocytochemical Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC) method and the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde tracing method. The results were as follows: 1) The cells labeled with 5-HT were found in nucleus raphe magnus, the central gray, the nucleus central superior. nucleus raphe dorsalis, the periaqueductal gray, interpeduncular nucleus, substantia nigra and nucleus raphe lineralis; 2) The cells projecting to nucleus raphe dorsalis labeled with L-ENK were in nucleus raphe magnus. the central gray, the nucleus central superior, the periaqueductal gray, interpeduncular nucleus,nucleus raphe lineralis; 3) The cells labeled with HRP and SP were found in nucleus raphe magnus. the central gray, the nucleus central superior, the periaqueductal gray and interpeduncular nucleus; 4) There were many HRP labeled cells in Locus ceruleus. but no double labeled cells were found. The results suggested that nucleus raphe dorsalis might be modulated by different neurotransmitter fibers projectig from the brain stem.
