摘要
用透射电镜对11例10~37周胎儿壶腹嵴暗细胞进行观察。发现:(1)10周胎儿的暗细胞已具有吸收功能的特征;14周的胎儿暗细胞出现了发达的胞浆突起,此时暗细胞已具有水和离子转运细胞的特征;17周时暗细胞的细胞器更加丰富,胞浆突起更加发达,以后阶段暗细胞的形态基本与17周时相似。(2)11周的胎儿暗细胞就已参与耳石的代谢。(3)壶腹嵴暗细胞区的黑色素细胞随暗细胞胞浆突起的发育而出现,说明二者关系密切。
The dark cells of crista ampullaris in 11 cases of human fetuses, from 10th week to 37th week, were observed by transmission electron microscope. The results showed: (1) The dark cells possessed the features of absorbing function at 10th week. At 14th week, the dark cells developed cytoplasmic processes and possessed the features of transporting water and ion. At 17th week, there were abundant cellular organelles and more developed cytoplasmic processes in dark cells. Afterwards, the morphology of the dark cells had no obvious changes. (2) The dark cells in 11th week fetus became involved in the metabolism of otoconia. (3) Melanocytes in the area of crista ampullaris appeared with the development of the cytoplasmic processes of the dark cells. Therefore, it is reasonable to suggest that there is close relationship between the melanocytes and dark cells.
