摘要
本文测定了急慢性白血病患者、良性血液病患者和正常对照组的血清酸性铁蛋白含量，发现白血病组较对照组明显升高，而良性血液病组酸性铁蛋白水平升高不明显，初步表明酸性铁蛋白可以作为白血病的一种标志物。
We determined the level of serum acidic isoferritin(AIF) in patients with acuteor chronic leukemia and benign hematologic diseases.This study showed the level ofserum AIF was remarkably increased compared with control.In comparison, therewas no significant difference in the serum level of AIF in both benign hematologicdiseases and normal control.These results suggest that AIF may be a useful markerfor leukemia.
