摘要
风险投资是一种科技与金融相结合的投资方式,是为获取巨额利润而将资本投放于高技术产业化的投资活动。相对于其他投资方式,风险投资可为投资者带来高收益,但投资者也承担高风险。
Venture capital is a kind of investment combing science technology and finance. It invests capitals in high technology industrialization, using venture capitals, for the sake of substantive profits. Compared with other investment modes, venture capital brings higher income while higher risk at the same time.
