医患沟通的障碍

Barriers to Doctor-patient Communication

医患沟通是医患关系的重要组成部分,已经引起了研究人员和医护人员的重视。但是实现医患沟通还有很多障碍。文章从医患关系物化、诚信危机、人文关怀缺失、沟通艺术缺乏、信息不对称等5个方面概括了造成医患沟通障碍的因素,并指出人文精神与科学精神的融合是实现医患沟通的关键。

As one of the most important components of doctor-patient relations, doctor-patient communication has gained widely recognition by researchers and health care providers.However, the implementation of doctor-patient communication is still faced with many barriers.This paper summarizes five main obstacles, including materializing of doctor-patient relationship, discredit between doctor and patient, default of humanism spirits, lack of skill in communi cation and information asymmetry, which should be overcome in doctor-patient communication.Then it points out that it is the amalgamation between humanism spirits and scientism, which is the key factor for doctor-patient communication.
