摘要
派驻支援医师是改变我国农村卫生服务体系薄弱状况最为重要的环节,而如何管理支援医师尤为关键。文章拟通过建立一整套的对支援医师的绩效考评管理体系,主要包括临床工作、培训教学、管理建议和工作评价等几个指标以及指标体系的具体计算方法,真正确保发挥支援医师的作用,提高农村医护人员的业务素质和管理水平,从而达到为农村输送合格的医疗卫生人才的目的。
Dispatching doctors to rural areas is an important measure to improve the poor health care system of rural areas in China, and how to manage these doctors is a important issue.This paper establishes a performance assessment system for supportive doctors, mainly including several indicators such as clinical work , training and education, management suggestions and work evaluation and the calculation method of the indicator system in detail.It makes sure that supportive doctors can be brought into play effectively, improve rural medical workers＇s operational abilities and promote management level, and in this way the goal of sending qualified medical and health care workers to rural areas can be achieved.
