肝癌中cyclin D1和cyclinE的表达及其意义

Expression and Significance of cyclin D1 and cyclin E in Hepatocellular Carcinomas

目的 :研究cyclinD1和cyclinE蛋白在肝癌中的表达和意义。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测肝癌组织 5 0例 ,癌旁组织 2 2例 ,正常肝组织 9例中cyclinD1和cyclinE蛋白的表达。结果 :cyclinD1和cyclinE只在肝癌中有过度表达 ,其过度表达与肿瘤分化程度和有无肝内转移相关。结论 :本试验表明 :cyclinD1和cyclinE过度表达可反应肝癌的侵袭力 ,它们与肝癌的发生发展密切相关。

Objective： To stud,, the expressilm and its significance of cyclin D1 and cyctin E protein in hepatoeellular carcinomas （HCC）. Methods： Expression of cyclin D1 and cvclin E protein was investigated by irrmmnohistoehemisto technique （SP） in 50 hepatocellular eareiuolnas who had undergone surgery for HCC, as well as 22 excision of their adjacent noncancerous tissues and 9 normal liver sl;eeilnens. Resnlts： The cyclin D1 and cyclin E overexpression were observed exclusively in HCC lesision. Cyelin D1 overexpression was 34% of the cases and occumed more frequently in tmnors with poor differentiation （ P = 0.029） anti intrahepatic metastas.is （ P= 0.023）. Cyclin E uverexpression was 40% of the eases and occurred more frequently in those with poor differentiation （ P = 0,009） anti intrahepatie metastasis （ P = 0.001 ）. Conclusions： There findings suggested that overexpression of the cyclin D1 and cyclin E were helpful in determing the aggressiveness of hepatocellular carcinoma, and were closely related to occurrence and progression of hepatocellnlal earcinoma.
