摘要 目的 :探讨马拉色菌菌丝相形成的条件。方法 :用由酵母浸膏、牛磺胆酸钠、角鲨烯、甘氨酸、吐温- 80等多种成份组成菌丝培养基 (pH 5 6 ) ,接种花斑癣患者鳞屑后置 30℃孵箱内培养。肉眼和镜下观察菌落和菌丝生长情况 ,并用形态学和生理生化学方法鉴定菌种。结果 30例患者中有 8例的标本 (2 6 7% )初代培养长出菌丝 ,其中 2株初代培养菌丝生成率为 10 %~ 2 0 % ,次代培养可提高到 2 5 % ,经菌种鉴定发现产生菌丝的均为糠秕马拉色菌 [占糠秕马拉色菌 6 6 6 % (8/ 12 ) ],而未产生菌丝的菌种包括全部合轴马拉色菌 (8/ 8)、球形马拉色菌 (4/ 4 )、限制性马拉色菌 (2 / 2 )、钝形马拉色菌 (2 / 2 )和部分糠秕马拉色菌 (4/ 12 )。结论 :使马拉色菌体外产生菌丝的条件除与培养基成分有关外 ,还与菌种有关。 Objective: To investigate the condition of mveelial phase fomation of Malassezia. Methods: The scales from the lesions of the patient with pityYiasis versicolor were inoculated to a Myeelial Culture Medium that consisted of yeast extract, sodium taurocholate, squalene, glycine, Tween - 80 and other components with pH 5.6, then incubated at 30℃. The colony and mycelial phase development were nbselwed through macro- and microscopy. The isolates were identified to species based on the morphology and the physical and chemical characteristics. Results: Mycelial phase was noted from 8 of 30 (26.7%) smnples of the primary culture. Among the 8 samples, 2 strains had 10% - 20% of mycelial phase formation by primary euhure, and reached to 25% by secondary culture. All of the strains that could develop hyphae were identified as M. furfur (8/12), where as, the strains that could not develop hyphate were identified as M. sympedialis (8/8), M. gloosa (4/4), M. restricta (2/ 2), M, obtttse (2/2) and M. fuffur (4/12). Conclusion: The conditions that could induce hyphae development in vitro not only related to the composition of the medium, but also related to the species of Malassezia.
