术中盐水冲洗射频改良迷宫手术治疗二尖瓣病变心房纤颤的护理

Intraoperative Saline-irrigated Modified Maze Procedure for the Atrial Fibrillation of Mitral Valve Diseases

本文报告 4 1例心脏二尖瓣病变合并心房纤颤的病人 ,在体外循环下行心脏机械瓣膜置换术中采用盐水冲洗射频改良迷宫手术 ,中止术后心房纤颤的治疗方法和护理要点。

41 patients of mitral valvular diseases with atrial fibrillation were operated under extracorporeal circulation. The diseased valves were replaced and the atrial fibrillation were eliminated by saline - irrigated radiofrequency modified Maze proce- dure intra- operatively. The operated method and postoperative care were reported.
