临床基础一体化的针刺规律研究

Study on laws of clinical and basic integration acupuncture

目的:探讨针刺临床与基础形成紧密互动性研究的有效途径。方法:从临床基础一体化的研究思路,试图提炼针刺临床的基本规律。结果:从古典经络理论和大量的临床经验,结合现代神经解剖生理的基础研究,提出针刺临床的若干规律。结论:针刺临床的对称对应规律、节段支配规律、中枢中轴规律、远肢优势规律、浅深关联规律和局部反馈规律,与古典经络理论及临床经验相吻合,在神经解剖学上也有可以解释的理论基础,值得分别立题进一步证实或证伪。

Objective To explore effective ways of integrated clinical and basic studies. Methods Try to sum up clinically basic laws of acupuncture from the study thinking of clinical and basic integration. Results Some laws of clinical acupuncture were raised based on classical theories of the channel and a great of clinical experiences, in combination with basic studies of modern neuroanatomy and physiology, Conclusion The clinical symmetry-corresponding law, the segmental innervation law, the central-axial law, the distal limb dominance law, the law of sallow-deep correlation and the law of local feedback confirm with classical theories of the channels and clinical experiences.
