光电直读光谱持久曲线法分析低合金钢丝 被引量:11

USING PERMANENT WORKING CURVE FOR THE DIRECT READING SPECTROSCOPIC ANALYSIS OF LOW ALLOY STEEL WIRES

摘要 通过正交试验法找出分析5.5低合金钢丝的最佳光源参数,直接利用低合金钢块状样品制作的工作曲线,用5.5低合金钢丝状标准化样品替代工作曲线的块状标准化样品,求出丝状标准化样品的标准相对强度,以此作为校正工作曲线的原始值。采用在试样同一位置连续多次激发的分析方式,采用持久工作曲线的两点标准化方法,光电直读光谱分析了低合金钢丝,试样的分析范围比控制试样法拓宽。 The excitation parameters for spectroscopic analysis of φ 5.5 low alloy steel wires were optimized with the orthogonal test. The intensity ratios of the standard wire samples have been repeatedly determined to correct the original working curve for block sample analysis and to creat new permanent working curve for wire sample analysis. The direct reading spectroscopic analysis was successfully carried out by exciting the wire samlpe at the same position for several times and using the permanent working curve which was standardized by the two-points method. The determination range was extended as compared to the control sample method. The proposed method was proved to have satisfactory precision and accuracy.
