摘要
提出了以硝酸为改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定饮料中痕量锰的方法,对试验条件进行了优化.方法具有简便、快速、检出限低等优点.检出限为0.65 μg·L-1,特征灵敏度为2.2×10-2pg.线性范围为1~15 μg·L-1,相关系数为0.998 8,回收率在101%~106%范围内.
A new method for the direct determination of Mn in drinks by GFAAS was proposed in this paper. Nitric acid is used as a matrix modifier. The experimental conditions were optimizd. This method is simple, rapid and with low detection limit, which it is 0. 65μg·L^-1. The characteristic sensitivity is 2.2×10^-2pg for Mn. The linearity range is from 1 to 15μg·L^-1 , with correlation coefficient of 0. 998 8. Recoveries in the range of 101%- 106% were obtained.
