摘要
采用高压溶样的消解方式,应用YYG-2型原子荧光分光光度计,建立了中药中痕量汞的测定方法.试验了氯化亚锡浓度、负高压、载气流量、还原时间等的影响.在试验条件下,检出限为0.03 μg·L-1,回收率为94%~112%,国标物质桃叶验证结果与推荐值一致,用于样品中痕量汞的测定,结果满意.
A method of cold vapor generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with pressurized sample digestion was studied and proposed for the determinition of trace amounts of mercury in Chinese traditional medicines. The experimental conditions were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limit was found to be 0. 03μg · L^-1 and recoveries to be in the range of 94%-112%. Trace amounts of mercury in the Reference Material of peach leaf was determined by this method and the results obtained were in good agreement with the certified valu.
