论述了能力验证及实验室间比对的定义、目的和用途,对能力验证的基本类型作了说明,着重讨论了能力验证计划的组织、实施和评价,同时介绍了中国实验室国家认可委员会对能力验证的相关政策。
The definitions, purposes and uses of proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparison were expounded in detail. Main types of proficiency testing were illustrated. Special emphases were made on the organization, practice and evaluation of the planning of proficiency testing. Related policies about proficiency testing given by the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories （CNAL） were also briefly introduced.
