绿多维和茶多酚抗氧化延缓衰老作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察绿多维(Lu-Duo-W ei,LDW)和茶多酚(tea polyphenols,TPP)的抗氧化和延缓衰老作用。方法果蝇和家蝇终生给予LDW和TPP,观察对寿命和存活率的影响,测定家蝇脑匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和脂褐素含量。结果LDW和TPP均能不同程度地提高果蝇和家蝇存活率,延长平均寿命(ALS)和最大寿命(MLS),提高SOD活力,降低MDA和脂褐素含量。结论LDW的抗氧化和延缓衰老作用明显强于TPP,其原因可能由于多种抗氧化剂的联合和/或协同作用。 Objective To explore the effects of Lu-Duo-Wei (LDW) and tea polyphenol (TPP) on anti-oxidative activities and anti-aging. Methods Drosophilas and houseflies were given with LDW and TPP ( 1 g/100 g medium for Drosophilas and l rag/ml distilled water for houseflies, respectively) for all life span period. The longevity and survival rate were analyzed, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) and lipofusein in the brain of male houseflies were measured. Results Exposure of flies to LDW and TPP resulted in increase of the viability rate and prolong the average and maximum life span, as well as increased SOD activity and decreased the levels of MDA and lipofusein. Conclusions The efficiency of LDW on anti-oxldation and anti-aging was significantly higher than that of TPP, the mechanism of which was probably related to the synergistic effect of its involved multi-antioxidants.
