自动送料零件的自然姿态编码的研究

The Research of Coding the Natural Resting Aspects of Parts for Automatic Feeding

对于形状体积重量各不相同的零件,其自动供料系统的设计比较复杂且缺少理论指导。U.Mass编码系统,通过对零件的外形进行编码,较好的反映了零件的外形特征,但由于无法体现零件的自然初始状态,也就无法有针对性的采取不同送料方式提高送料率。文章分析了现有零件编码系统的结构,指出了对自然姿态编码的可行性和必要性,并对自然姿态进行了探讨性的编码,通过实例分析验证了改进后的编码对设计的参考意义。

Because of the difference in part＇s shape, cubage and weight, the design of the automatic feeding system is complex and lack of the guidance of the theory. By coding the shape of the parts. U. Mass coding system excellently reflect the shape feature of the parts, but without the natural resting aspects code. it can not increase the feeding rate pertinently. Analyzing the coding system for parts for automatie feeding, the possibility and necessity of coding the natural resting aspects of parts are pointed out, and has tried to code the natural resting aspects of parts. The meaning of the improved coding system is proved by the example analysis.
