Influence of Rolling Oil on Rolled Aluminum Material Surface Quality in Cold Rolling Process

试验研究了铝材冷轧过程中,工艺润滑对铝材表面质量的影响。通过对不同轧制油轧制时轧件的表面形貌和表面粗糙度的分析得出:使用轧制油可以有效的改善铝材的表面质量,尤其在基础油中加入添加剂后,轧制润滑效果得到更大的改善,但添加剂对铝板表面质量的影响具有双重性。

The experiment studied on influence of rolling oil on rolled aluminum＇ s surface quality in cold rolling process. Surface topography and surface roughness of the rolled aluminum plate is analyzed. The experimental results showed that rolled aluminum＇ s surface quality becomes better with the rolling oil. Especially the rolling oil with the additives got the best lubrication action effect.
