摘要
目的摸索改进avermectin提取工艺得率和质量的途径.方法本文采用酸化浸提,比较不同乙醇浓度萃取效果、不同溶媒沉淀釜底液及母液回收副产品试验.结果与结论发酵菌丝95%乙醇浸提调节pH1.5~2.0;石油醚沉淀釜底液及二甲苯萃取母液工艺avermectin B1提高20%以上,B1b/B1.降低1%~2%,质量提高,工时缩短6d,每吨降低生产成本483.3万元.
Objective The process development of avermectin extraction comprising the recovering yield, product quality was carried out. Method The following parameters such as acidification pH for extracting product from the mycelia in different concentration of ethanol, the selection of organic solvent to precipitate the product were performed in a crossover study in order to obtain the optimum conditions. Results and Conclusion The bulk mycelia was extracted with 95% ethanol at pH 1.5-2.0, the product was precipitated with petroleum ether, and residue in the mother liquor was recovered by using xylene to increase the yield up to 20%, while reduce the ratio of B1b/B1a by 1-2% to improve product quality, and also shortened man-hour by six days, resulting to reducing the production cost 4,833 million Yuan per ton of avermectin.
