紫外纯水液芯光波导系统的研究

摘要 为了将液芯光波导扩展到纯水和紫外区域,根据水的色散特性,利用聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)管制成了传输距离大于110 cm,光谱范围为220~280 nm的紫外纯水液芯光波导系统.并应用该系统对维生素C进行了分光光度测定,与长1 cm的常规吸收池相比,灵敏度提高了133倍.本系统价格便宜、装配简便、重复性好,可用于传感器以及生化医药的水相紫外分光光度分析. In order to expand liquid core waveguide to water and ultraviolet(UV) region, water-filled liquid core waveguide(WFLCW) system with more than 110cm transmission distance in wavelength region of 220-280nm is fabricated by using fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) tube on the basis of optical dispersion of water. The system is used to serve as absorbance cell of spectrophotometer to determine vitamine C, and sensitivity is increased by a factor of 133 compared with conventional 1cm absorbance cell. This system can be applied to sensor and spectrophotometric analysis of chemistry and medicine in UV region and aqueous solution with low price, simple assembling and good repetitiveness.
