Dynamic Enterpriser Resources and Economic Development——Experience of Zhejiang Province and its Enlightenment to the Western Region Development of China

在揭示企业家资源及其开发利用过程中的几个重要特征的基础上,以浙江在开发利用企业家资源并创造出动态的本地企业家优势的经验为例证,详细分析了企业家资源及其开发利用与经济发展之间的关系,重点指出企业家资源优势除了来自于文化、经济水平和地理位置等因素外,更多的是来自于对企业家资源的充分开发利用,并对在西部大开发中如何有效开发利用企业家资源提出政策建议。

Based on the revealing of some important features of enterpriser resources and their development, this paper analyzes the relation between enterpriser resources and economic development by illustrating the case of making use of enterpriser resources and creating the dynamic local enterpriser advantage in Zhejiang province. It argues that the advantage of enterpriser resources comes not only from the cultural, economic and geographic factors, but also from the full development of enterpriser resources. Furthermore, this paper proposes some policy suggestions on how to make efficient use of enterpriser resources so as to promote economic development in the Western Region Development of China.
