Problems Facing Continuing Education and Their Solutions

针对目前石油企业继续工程教育方面出现的一些新问题、新变化,提出了今后石油企业继续工程教育应采取的应对措施,为促进石油企业继续工程教育的进一步发展提供了可借鉴的思路。

In view of the new problems and changes emerged in continuing education in petroleum enterprises at present, this paper proposes some countermeasures, which offer new ideas for reference to the further development of continuing education.
