社区公共管理互动机制探析

A research on the interaction system in community administration

随着“新”公共管理理论的发展与政府在职能上日趋“掌舵”而非“划桨”,社区公共管理,作为公共管理体系的一个重要组成部分,开始受到学者的认同与重视。文章在分析社区公共管理基本内涵的基础上,对其中存在着的行政管理与社会管理互动机制进行探索与分析,揭示社区公共管理互动机制的运行原理。

With the development of the theory of “new” rather than supporter role in public community administration, important component of the system of public administration and public administration and the government＇s leader public community administration has become a most received more and more attention from scholars. As no in-depth research has been made in this area so far, this paper is an attempt to probe into the interaction system of public community administration, which touches the aspects of administration management and social management, and finally comes up with its operating principles.
