摘要
我国大学生心理教育工作在认识和操作上仍存在认识不到位、力量不足、目的模糊、对象把握不准、方法不多、时间滞后、畏难等问题。大学生心理教育本质上应是一种素质教育,而且应侧重于个性化教育、适应性教育和发展性教育。在实践中,要把心理教育当成一个长期的、系统的、全面发展的、人性化的育人工程来做。
Psychology education for university students in China features inadequacy in recognition of its significance, shortage of resources, blurry objectives, correct understanding of the subjects, lack in methodology, poor timing and lack of confidence. Psychology education for university students, as a matter of fact, is a part of education for students' overall development, which emphasizes students' personality, adaptability and developmental potential. In practice, it ought to be treated as a long-term, systematic, overall, personalized education project.
