摘要
NPOs作为一个介于政府和企业之间的社会部门,其内部具有显著的异质性,在我国尤为如此。不同的NPOs常常具有不同的内在属性。以民间性和官方性为横坐标,以公益性和互益性为纵坐标,我国的NPOs可被分为4种类型,在此基础上引入“距离市场远近”这一变量后,中国的NPOs进一步被分为了8个类型。不同类型的NPOs与政府的关系也不相同,这不仅说明了我们在考察NPOs与政府的关系时,有必要从NPOs分类的角度对NPOs与政府的关系得出更加具体的认识;也说明了政府在发展与NPOs的关系时,有必要在NPOs分类的基础上制定出更加有针对性的措施。
As social sectors between government and enterprises, NPOs has notable heterogeneity, particularly in China. Generally speaking, different NPOs have different inner-attributes. Taking civilian attribute and governmental attribute as x-coordinates, public beneficial attribute and mutual beneficial attribute as y-coordinates, China's NPOs can be classified into four types. After introducing the variable of 'distance from the market', Chinese NPOs are further divided into eight types. The different relationships between types of NPOs and government show that it is necessary not only for us to obtain more specific knowledge when examining the relationship between NPOs and government, but also for the government to make more specific measures when improving the relationship with NPOs based on the classification of NPOs'.
