摘要
从理论上分析了叶片泵噪声产生的根源以及影响叶片泵噪声的因素,基于理论分析,进而提出了降低叶片泵噪声的解决措施。通过实际试验,对影响叶片泵噪声的关键结构要素进行了优化设计,最终获得了比较明显的降噪效果。
In this paper, the source of noise from an intra-vane pump and the factor of effect on this noise are theoretically analyzed. On the basis, the countermeasure how to decrease the noise further raised. Through actual experiment, the optimization of key structural factor has been designed and finally tangible result for decreasing noise obtained.
