摘要
该文对航空工业中高温绝缘电连接器进行工艺分析。针对产品的特点,给出了一种实用、高效的玻璃压机的设计、制造及液压控制工艺。有效的解决了原生产工艺产品质量不稳定、精度很难保证,生产率低,劳动强度高的难题。投入生产,获得成功。
This thesis analyzes the technique of electrical in aviation industry. According to the characteristics of coupling device with high temperature insulation product, it introduces a series of practical and efficient techniques of glass press including design, manufacturing, and hydraulic control. It solves several puzzles in conventional manufacturing process such as the instability of product quality and precision, low productivity, and labor intensity. The mold has been put into Production and achieved success.
