摘要
新颁布的《中华人民共和国公务员法》,对国家公务员管理制度以及运行机制等方面,都有所改变、突破和创新。职位类别划分更明确;规定职务与级别设置及对应关系的原则;领导干部引咎辞职、责令辞职和聘任制纳入了公务员管理制度;公务员在执行公务中的权益保障有了法律依据。
In the Civil Servant Law of the PRC, the management system and mechanism for the civil servats are changed and innovated to some degree. The paper analyses the changes and innovations which perfect the civil servant' system of our country.
