摘要
针对九江分公司炼油厂循环水系统运行存在硫化物腐蚀的问题,采用静态旋转挂片和动态模拟试验相结合的方法,对配方进行筛选和优化。评选出在原配方的基础上添加缓蚀阻垢助剂RP-49,抗硫化物腐蚀性能提高。
Aiming at the sulfide corrosion in the circulating cooling water system in Jiu jiang oil refinery, the measure of combining the stationary state turning coupon with the dynamics simulation experiment have been taken, selection and optimize of the dispensations have been done. Corrosion inhibitor RP-49 adding in old dispensation have been chosen, corrosion preventive ability can be improved.
