摘要
本文简要介绍了分子遗传标记在鱼类种及种群遗传结构分析与个体识别、系统发育研究、基因组作图、辅助育种与种质资源管理上应用的现状,并探讨了分子标记在鱼类遗传多样性研究应用前景。
The review introduces the present situation of applying molecular genetic markers to the genetic composing analysis of species or population, the studies of phylogenetic, genomic mapping, assistant breeding and germplasm management of fishes. It also discusses perspective of application of them on the genetic studies of fishes.
