免疫印迹法检测幽门螺杆菌抗体效果评价

EVALUTING THE WESTERN-DETECT HELICOBACTER PYLOR ANTIBODY

目的:评价新型血型学免疫印迹法检测胃幽门螺杆菌抗体的价值。方法:采用免疫印迹血清方法对例因消化不良胃镜检查患者血清HP蛋白抗体检测,其结果与快速尿素酶(RUT)和细菌培养的结果进行比较分析。结果:260例患者的血清中HP感染的阳性率为68.8%,其敏感性为96.6%、特异性为89.3%、阳性预测值为95.0%、阴性预测值为92.6%,与快速尿素酶试验(RUT)T和细菌培养结果相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:①免疫印迹血清方法诊断检测幽门螺杆菌抗体,具有较高的敏感性及特异性,并且该方法简单易行,是一种非侵入性的方法;②该方法可作为临床消化病人的初筛检查诊断,并适用于大规模流行病学调查,具有良好的应用前景;③通过检测CagA、VacA可及时指导临床治疗。

To evaluate the value of detecting HP antibody. METHOD： The method of western-blot was used to detect HP antibody with 260 serum subject with dyspeptic complaints who were toreferred for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, the result compared with Rapid Urease Test （RUT）, bacteria culture RUSTULTS： Positive ratio of HP infection was 68.8% by detecting antibody inserum. The test showed a sensitivity, specificity, positive value and negative predictive value were 96.6% 89.3% 95.0% 92.6%, comparee with RUT and bacteria culture no obvious different （p〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： （1） Detecting the seunn Hp antibody with western-blot is a highly sensitive, specific, simple reliable rapid and noninvasive test. （2） The way may was used to frist digestion disease patients. （3） Though test CagA VagA guide clinc cure.
