老年性痴呆精神行为症状随时间演变相关分析

INTERRELATED ANALYSIS OF SEHAVIORAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SYMPTOMS OF DEMENTIA ABOUT THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE WITH THE LAPSE OF TIME

目的:比较老年性痴呆精神行为症状是否随时间而加重。方法:用BPRS评定量表对35例AD患者精神行为症状初诊、半年、1年及2年进行评定。结果:两组精神行为症状差异无统计学意义。结论:老年性痴呆患者精神行为症状不会随时间而加重。

To Compare as time goes on, whether it is more serious for the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia about the Alzheimer＇ s disease. Method： Assess 35 ADA＇ behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia according to their first visits, diagnoses of half a year, one year and two years withthe BPRS. Results： There are no marked differences between these two groups. Conclusions： The behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia for the Alzheimer＇s disease won＇t get more serious as time goes on.
