抗磁性磁悬浮轴承装置初探

摘要 将抗磁材料应用于磁性轴承中,通过实验装置来研究轴承的静态平衡和负载能力及其动态特性。本装置由一个1.0105克的NdFeB柱形永磁转子,NdFeB偏置磁体,抗磁材料石墨构成。进行了抗磁轴承负载的有限元计算和解析式的对照计算,结果是一致的。 The paper presents the application of the diamagnetic material to a magnetic beating. The static equilibrium the load - carrying capacity and the dynamic characteristics of the beating are studied. The apparatus consisted of a 1.0105g NdFeB column permanent- magnet rotor, a NdFeB lift magnet to levitate the rotor and a diamagnetic graphite. The finite element method is used and is compared with the analytic design.
