中西药内服外用治疗痤疮90例临床疗效分析

Analysis and compare clinical curative effect 90 cases was cured through exteral use & oral Chinese traditional & western medicine.

目的探讨其中西药结合治疗痤疮的方法和疗效。方法采用痤疮搽剂、痤疮膏、及中西药同时内服外用3种治疗方法,观察其治疗结果。结果在90例患者中男性占66.70%,女性占33.30%。秋季发病占71.10%,其它季节占28.90%。治愈78例,好转12例,治愈率为86.67%。使用搽剂复发率为53.60%,使用痤疮膏复发率为80%,采用痤疮搽剂外用并同时内服中药,复发率为3%。结论外用痤疮搽剂的同时内服中药效果最佳,复发率最低。

Objective Analysis through 90 cases Ance patient of clinical data, discuss cured Ance of way ＆ curative effect through Chinese traditional ＆ western medicine. Methods We took 3 curative ways by Ance liniment,Ance Ointments, exteral use ＆ oral Chinese traditional ＆ western medicine, observed it＇s clinical curative effect. Results The male were 66.70 % and female were 33.30 %. Among 90 cases Ance patient. Autumn of falling ill rate were 71.10% other season accounted for 28.90 %. We cured 78 cases,improvement was 12 cases. Using liniment of recurence rate was 53.60% ,using Ance Ointments was 80% ,using exteral use ＆ oral Chinese traditional ＆ westem medicine. Was 3 %. Conclusion At the same time we took exteral use Ance liniment and oral Chinese medinice that it＇s curative effect is best and recureece rate is lower.
