摘要
开发了一种基于图像处理技术的制动阀表面缺陷自动检测系统。该系统根据功能面的特点设计了图像采集系统,综合运用了图像处理技术,使用了改进的中值滤波技术消除噪声,运用矩量不变法自动阈值分割,采用霍夫变换提取功能面,可准确判定工件的质量等级。用于生产线运行表明,该系统能够长时间稳定工作,检测结果可靠,克服了传统检测方法劳动强度大且误检率高的缺点。
An automatic brake valve surface defect detection system based on the image processing technology has been developed.In the system,the image acquisition system is designed according to the features of functional surface,and the image processing technology is synthetically applied,and the modified medium filtering technology is used to eliminate noises,and the vector invariance method is applied to automatically divide threshold value,and the HOUGH transform is applied to pick up functional surfaces.The system can accurately determine quality grade of work pieces.Its application in the production line indicates that the system can steadily run for a long duration,and its results are reliable,and it overcomes disadvantages of conventional detecting methods, such as high labor intensity and high misdetection rate.
