摘要
通过对变速器圆锥滚子轴承预留间隙的构成以及测量方法的分析,指出通用的测量方法存在着由于测量力的作用导致测量结果出现角度偏差及缺乏对实测结果校核的问题。针对该问题提出了改进措施:采用在同一圆周上对均匀分布的3点同时测量的方法消除角度偏差;在装配环节增加实际间隙测量,对垫片选择结果进行校核。
By analyzing constitution of the preset clearance of transmission conical bearing and its measuring method,it is pointed out that there exist angular errors for measuring results of the conventional measuring method due to operating force of measuring,and there is no enough review of measuring results.Solutions on these problems are given: measure at three evenly distributed points to eliminate angular errors;measure physical clearance during assembly process to verify selection of spacers.
