新型星孔装药设计方法

THE DESIGN PROCEDURE OF NEW STAR-SHAPED GRAIN

设计了具有两种星角尺寸的星孔装药药型,导出了在火箭发动机工作过程中燃烧面及通道截面变化规律的计算公式,提出了新型星孔装药设计方法。

A new star-shaped grain with two dimension star perforation tip has been designed.The equation to calculate burning surface area and port area of the grain was derived in rocket motor combustion process.Design criteria of structural parameters of the new star-shaped grain was established.The computer program of calculating grain's parameters and rocket internal ballistic parameters also has been worked out,and by the program three examples of the new star-shaped grain design have been performed.
