摘要
采用不同的偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理,制备了木粉/PVC复合材料并分析了它们之间的作用机理。通过FTIR谱图分析了处理后木粉的表面结构,复合材料的力学性能测试和SEM结构分析表明,采用硅烷偶联剂和大分子偶联剂混合处理的木粉填充PVC复合材料体系力学性能和相界面结合较好。
Wood flour/PVC composites were prepared with different coupling agents to treat surface of wood flour and their mechanical performance was studied. Surface structure of wood flour was analysed by FITR. Mechanics testing and SEM structure analysis showed that the wood flour modified with mixed silane and macromolecular coupling agents could render better mechanical performance and phase interface combination to the composites.
