导弹防空网是一种新型的军用网络,在其上进行网络管理要比一般的网络更加复杂困难,文中对其中性能管理系统设计的各个方面进行了深入的分析和研究,并在此基础上,给出了这个系统的实现方案。

Air defense missile network is a new-type military network,whose network management is more complex and difficulty than that of common network. In this paper,a practical scheme for the C^4ISR network performance management is given ,which based on researching of some fields about network performance management system.
