摘要
在弹药DR检测过程中,由于趋势项的存在影响DR检测系统的检测灵敏度,从而影响疵病识别与检测的精度。同时也容易造成检测过程中对疵病的误判或漏判,影响炮弹发射的安全性。文中针对上述因素,分析了趋势项产生原因及其对检测的影响,提出了曲线拟合趋势项的方法,实验验证了该方法对消除趋势项、提取弹药疵病信息有较好的效果。
In ammunition Digital Radiographic (DR) inspecting procedure ,trends existing affect the sensitivity of DR inspecting system and the precision of inspecting and identifying the flaws. It is easy for trends to cause the flaws to be misjudged or left out that affect the security of the shell launching in the inspecting process. On the basis of analyzing the reasons and the effect on inspection, a method of curve fitting trend is presented and verified by means of experiment in this paper. The effect is good by the method eliminating trends and extracting ammunition flaw information.
