Building Gymnasiums and Stadiums of State-Run into Modern Sports Enterprises Based on Market-Oriented——Research on Reform and Development of Chengdu Gymnasiums and Stadiums of State-Run

通过对成都市国有体育场馆经营管理情况的调查分析,发现制约改革推进的核心原因存在于管理体制与运行机制。针对存在的问题提出以市场为导向,把国有体育场馆建成现代体育企业,并且建立适应市场经济体制的体育设施投资体制和管理机制。

Through the investigation and analysis of the administrative situation to the state -run gymnasiums and stadiums of Chengdu, the writer finds that the restrict reason existing in the management system and operating mechanism, puts forward the countermeasures of building state -mn gymnasiums and stadiums into modem sports enterprises, and sets up the investment structure and mechanism of management of the sports facilities which meet the market economic system.
