V_C、V_E和硒联合抗氧化剂对大鼠力竭游泳后心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨维生素E、维生素C和硒联合抗氧化剂对负荷游泳力竭运动后即刻及恢复期大鼠心肌的影响。方法:将42只大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、力竭游泳组(B组)和抗氧化剂保护组(C组)。A、B组常规喂养,C组灌喂维生素E、维生素C和硒制剂,六周后,B、C组完成一次性力竭游泳训练,测定其安静时、运动后即刻、6小时和24小时心肌组织及血清SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、CK、Ca2+等指标。结果:B、C组与A组比较,出现运动后SOD、GSH-Px活性下降、MDA增高、心肌钙超载等变化,尤以运动后6h为明显;运动后C组心肌GSH-Px活性较B组高,MDA和Ca2+水平和血清CK活性显著低于B组。结论:维生素E、维生素C和硒联合抗氧化剂能有效减轻运动后恢复期大鼠心肌组织SOD、GSH-Px活性下降、MDA、CK的增加及心肌细胞Ca2+超载,提示对心肌运动后损伤有积极的保护作用。 Objective:To explore the influence of VE, VC and selenium company with antioxidant on the ischemical reperfusion injury of rat cardiac muscle after exhausted exercise. Method : 42 rats were divided into three groups randomly. Group A: control, group B: exhausted exercise group and group C: antioxidant group. Group A, B were fed with normal diet and group C was treated with antioxidant VE, Vc and selenium. 6 weeks later, group B and C execute an exhausting swimming exercise, and the SOD, GSH - Px, MDA, CK, Ca^2+ level of cardiac muscle and serum of these three groups were measured at before exercise, right after exercise, 6h and 24h after exercise. Result: Compared with group A, the activity of SOD and GSH - Px, of group B and C were decreased and MDA increased, and calcium overload of cardiac muscles was found in group B and C, and these change reach the maximum at 6h after exercise. At the same time, the activity of cardiac muscle GSH - Px of group C was higher than that of group B, and the level of MDA, calcium overload of cardiac muscle and the activity of serum CK were lower than that of group B. Conclusion : VC, VE and Selenium antioxidant will mitigate decline of activity of SOD, GSH - Px in myocardial organization in the convalescence after exercise effectively, it will also increase MDA and Ck and overload myocardial calcium, could relieve the ischemical reperfusion injury of rat cardiac muscle after exhausted exercise.
