摘要
采用LSS量表对参加2002年昆明海埂训练基地集训的全国优秀男子排球队运动员与教练员进行了问卷测试,以了解我国优秀男排教练员领导行为现状,探讨不同类型(年龄、训练年限、场上位置)排球运动员在期望教练员领导行为模式上的认知差异性,并揭示我国甲级男排运动员期望的教练员领导行为与实际领导行为之差距,进而了解不同特征运动员对教练员领导行为的满意程度,为逐步改进与提高我国排球教练员的训练科学管理水平提供参考依据。
By using LSS measurement form, this paper carries on a questionnaire research on the coaches and players who participate in the training of national men's volleyball elites in 2002. The writer analyzes the cognition otherness in different type volleyball player of the expectation to the leading model of coach, opens out the disparity between volleyball player's expectation and coach's factual leading, understands different type of player's satisfaction to the leading model of coach. This research will offer reference of improving scientific management level of China volleyball's coach.
