摘要
CBA主客场赛季制最大的特点是准备期短,竞赛期长,如何在5个月的长竞赛期中维持和调控运动员良好的竞技状态,最大限度地发挥运动员的竞技能力显得十分重要。通过对CBA主客场赛季制竞赛期的训练任务、训练内容与方法手段、训练负荷、竞技状态以及恢复训练的安排等进行探讨与分析,以指导CBA球队赛季中的训练,从而提高我国篮球训练工作质量和运动水平,并进一步完善我国篮球训练理论。
Because of the specific characters of the CBA home - away match system, such as long season, short training period, it is very important for coaches how to keep and regulate state of sport during the long season, and to bring athletes' abilities into play. This paper tries to discuss the training time and task, training content and means, arrangement on training load, regulation and control on sports state and implement of restore training; further to serve the guiding on China basketball training and matches, improve the quality and level of China basketball's training and matching, and improve and perfect China basketball training theory.
