钻井工程固井胶结界面研究现状

The Status Quo of Researches on Bonding Interface of Well Cementing

固井质量问题在石油勘探开发中备受关注,对特殊工艺井钻井、油水井开采寿命和勘探开发效益有直接 的影响。对固井胶结界面的研究是从根本上提高固井质量的一项基础性研究工作。为了推动固井胶结界面研究工作的 开展,分析了国内外近年来有关固井界面研究的文献,阐述了开展固井胶结界面基础研究工作的意义,着重分析了这 一研究领域目前所采用的研究方法,以及提高固井界面胶结强度的主要途径。在分析文献的基础上,提出今后深入开 展固井界面研究工作的重点是:1)继续完善研究方法;2)重视动态研究;3)从胶结界面的微观结构和钻井工程整 体系统的角度开展研究工作; 4)注重改善胶结界面水化产物的微观结构和钻井工作液之间的协调增强作用。

Special well drilling, production well life and the long-term benefit of oilfield exploration and development are directly influenced by the quality of well cementing. Recent literatures about researches on bonding interface of well cementing have been analyzed in this paper. The necessity and the methods of bonding interface researches of well cementing, and the approaches of enhancing bonding strength on interface can be understood through this paper. The key points of researches on bonding interface of well cementing are： 1） improving research method of bonding interface of well cementing; 2） experimentations under dynamic conditions; 3） doing the researches from the point of view of the microstructure of bonding interface and drilling engineering as a whole; 4） Attention should be paid to microstructures researches on bonding interfaces and realization of more effective coordination between drilling working fluids.
